Rage

Rage: Anger can be good.

Most of us resist the expression of our anger because we fear our own (albeit imaginary) omnipotent destructive power. A safe way to experiment with anger is to arrange to get angry at a time when you can be alone or with people you trust. Then you can try getting really angry with an inanimate object, say, a pillow, something that you won’t hurt and that won’t hurt you.
