Set aside one day each to: take everything said to you exactly at face value; speak entirely in complete sentences; be aware of every exaggeration. People almost always say exactly what they mean, even when they conceal it in sarcasm or facetiousness. Remember that we mean what we say; we are what we say and how we say it.
