Subud: Simple quiet communion with the divine.
The center of Subud is a meeting, known as the latihan, which takes place twice a week and lasts for a half hour. People meet in gender-segregated rooms, and during the half hour no discussion or instruction takes place, no rules of conduct are enforced.
