Tantric sex is a form of yoga; the only yoga that deals with human sexuality. Tantric sex is a means for channeling the sexual energy that is manifested in every man and woman. The rituals and instructions that form the core of tantric sex seek to release that sexual energy through the use of physical techniques, prayers, mudras (gestures) and chanting mantras (holy syllables and words).
