Encounter: Baring yourself in the group.
“Encounter” signifies the attempt by a group, with a leader or without, to meet and experience each other as real individuals, without masks, roles, or protective games. Encounter groups present a safe environment in which to experiment with taking chances, to try out involvement, feeling, and the expression of emotions.
